Frequently asked questions
How do I create an account for my child?
Create your own parent account first, then add each child from your dashboard. You control their profile, subscription, and what content they can access.
I got an access code from a trainer. Where do I enter it?
Log in, open the drill library or the trainer’s profile, and choose “Enter access code.” The unlocked drills or program appear in your library immediately.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, and your training history is never deleted.
How does FlowRep decide what my athlete should train?
Plans are built from your athlete’s sport, age, goals, and recent training load using periodization principles. You can always adjust or swap sessions.
Does FlowRep work without equipment?
Most drills need little or no equipment. Each drill lists what it requires, and sessions can be filtered by the equipment you have.
What data do you collect about my child?
Only what training requires: profile basics, session history, and progress stats. We never sell personal data, and parents can review or delete their child’s data at any time.

Safety & privacy, in plain words
FlowRep is built for young athletes: parents control accounts, there’s no open social feed, trainer content is curated, and we collect only the data training needs. Read more on the parents page.
