What you get as a FlowRep parent

Full visibility

Every session, drill, and minute trained shows up on your dashboard. No more guessing whether practice actually happened.

All your kids, one place

Manage multiple children from a single account — separate schedules, goals, and progress for each athlete.

Weekly goals you can trust

Set targets for minutes, sessions, or skills together with your child. FlowRep tracks progress automatically.

Healthy load, by design

Periodization builds in recovery and deload weeks, so kids improve without burning out or overtraining.

Scheduling that fits life

Assign sessions around school, games, and family time with simple calendar views and notifications.

A fraction of private training

Structured, trainer-built programs at a subscription price — and consistent training can earn credits that lower it.

Safety first

Built for young athletes. Controlled by you.

  • Parents manage their children’s accounts and see everything on one dashboard.
  • No open chat or social feed — motivation comes from streaks and goals, not strangers.
  • Trainer content is curated; private drills need an access code you approve.
  • Notifications keep you informed about sessions, goals, and milestones.

Parents ask, we answer

Is FlowRep safe for kids?

Yes. Parents create and control accounts for their children, see everything their child sees, and manage what content they can access. There is no open social feed or messaging with strangers.

Do I need equipment or a gym?

No. Most sessions are built for backyard, driveway, or living-room training with little or no equipment. Drills list exactly what they need before you start.

How much time does it take?

Sessions typically run 20–45 minutes. You and your child set weekly goals that fit your schedule — consistency matters far more than volume.

What does “science-backed” actually mean?

FlowRep plans training in periodized cycles — the same progressive-overload and recovery methodology used by professional strength and conditioning coaches, scaled for youth athletes.
